About The Role: Ceremony is seeking a Welcoming, Creative, Empathetic, and Self-Aware individual to join our team as a licensed massage therapist. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the top practitioners in the city in a warm, inclusive environment. Ceremony offers the opportunity to practice Ashiatsu, Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage as well as Reiki, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage and other modalities. Embodying the values listed above is a must, as is eagerness to learn and grow as a therapist. We can work with inexperience as long as you are talented, excited to learn and share our values. We enjoy helping therapists gain new skills and grow personally and professionally in a supportive, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities:

• • Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Provide high quality professional massage therapy in a variety of modalities
  • Maintain massage license and insurance
  • Diligently document SOAP notes after every session
  • Leave the massage room clean and tidy at the end of your shift 
  • Take laundry to shed at the end of each shift and change bag if full
  • Attend Semi-Annual Staff Meetings
  • Be reliable and be 15 minutes early before the start of your shift
  • Collaborate with administrative staff in a cooperative and positive manner

Preferred Qualifications: 

• • Must be Licensed in the State of Texas
  • Proficient with Deep Tissue and Advanced Massage Techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced spa environment
  • Passion for personal development and the healing arts
  • Nice to have: Proficiency with Ashiatsu or Thai Massage

• Current Shifts Available:  

  • Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri either 10-3 or 3:30-8:30
  • Every other week: Fri and Sat 10-3, Sun 3:30-8:30

        Compensation:

Starting pay $35/hr plus tips. Raises given based on performance, trainings attended and time with the company
