I can’t believe I slept on this place for the past 9 years! Dropped in on a Friday afternoon and had the most relaxing sauna & cold plunge experience. The atmosphere is very peaceful and calming, the saunas and cold plunge were beautifully maintained. Will most certainly be back very soon!
I’ve been getting massages here for years and have always had wonderful experiences. The entire team is professional, positive, and nurturing. Asenath, the owner, is truly inspiring and her passion for her work is reflected in the quality of the staff.

What a healing experience! Trey was about the best massage I have ever experienced. His integration with bodywork and relaxation was phenomenal! His ability to move extremities and release muscle bounding tissues was incredible in one session. The facility with the hot sauna and cold plunge was beautiful relaxing and mind blowing. I am an LMT, so this place will be my go to for healing and body work. I can’t say enough about the combination of creativity from the owner and the healing energy of the staff and environment.
