Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Yes! We highly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and evenings. Walk-ins are welcome for Bathhouse access, but availability is not guaranteed.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule group bookings without penalty. We require 3 hour notice to cancel or reschedule individual bookings No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 50% to cover the cost of staffing.

Q: Can I come early or stay after my massage?
A:  Bathhouse bookings are $44 or ($20 for massage members) and can be added to any service. We offer free 1-hour access to the BathHouse for massages or scrubs that are booked Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm. 


Bathhouse (Sauna + Cold Plunge)

Q: What should I bring?
A: We recommend bringing a swimsuit, a water bottle, and a change of clothes. Towels are provided.

Q: Is the Bathhouse communal?
A: Yes—it’s a shared space with a warm, welcoming vibe. Everyone is here to relax and recharge.

Q: Can I share my 10-pack?
A: Yes! Our 10-packs are shareable with up to two people (conditions apply). Just let us know who’s on your share list.

Q: Can I drop in without a reservation?
A: You can, but space is limited. Booking ahead is the best way to make sure you get in.

Q: Should I use the Bathhouse before or after my massage?
A: Either is great. It really depends on what feels right for you and what works best with your schedule. Some people love warming up and relaxing before their massage, while others enjoy using the Bathhouse afterward to extend the bliss.

Q: What’s the best way to use the space?
A: We recommend at least 3 rounds of contrast therapy—about 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge. This hot-cold rhythm is the magic formula for circulation, mood, and deep reset.

Q: What are the benefits of contrast therapy?
A: Contrast therapy floods your system with endorphins, giving you a powerful, natural mood boost. The cold plunge in particular activates your nervous system, supports circulation, reduces inflammation, and leaves you feeling clear, energized, and alive. It’s a full-body wellness upgrade in just a few rounds.


Massage + Services

Q: What types of massage do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range—Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, Lomilomi, and more. You’ll choose your style when booking.

Q: Can I request a specific therapist?
A: Absolutely. Just select their name when booking online or call us to arrange it. If you don’t have a specific request, it’s best to keep “first available” selected when booking online so that you see all of the availability.

Q: Do you offer couples massages?
A: Yes! We do lots of couple’s massages in our couple’s room, and if you have time we highly recommend that you book and enjoy the Bathhouse together before or after.


Online Booking Help

Q: What if there’s no availability showing?
A: This usually happens if you selected a specific therapist on the “Select a Professional” screen. Try again and skip that step—just click Next without making a selection. This keeps “First Available” selected and will show you all available appointment times.

Q: I’m having trouble booking group appointments.
A: We’re happy to help—just give us a call.
Prefer to book online? Here’s how:

1. Select “Group Appointments”

2.Choose your service

3. On the “Select a Professional” screen, don’t select anyone—just click Add

4.Click Add More, and repeat the process for each additional service

5.Once everything is added, click Next, choose your time, and complete the booking

Q: I’m stuck or keep going in circles. How do I start over?
A: Go to the screen that says Cart at the top.
Click on each service listed under “Cart” and select Remove until your cart is empty. Then you can start fresh.


Memberships & Packages

Q: What’s the difference between the monthly and yearly massage membership?
A: Both include member pricing and perks, but the yearly plan gives you 12 free Bathhouse visits and extra savings.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my membership?
A: Yes. Monthly memberships have a 6-month minimum, then you can pause or cancel anytime. Yearly memberships are prepaid and nonrefundable.

Q: Can I share my membership with family or friends?
A: Massage credits can be gifted, and Bathhouse 10-packs are shareable. Massage member discounts can also be extended to immediate family.


Other Stuff

Q: Is Ceremony a clothing-optional space?
A: No. Swimsuits are required in the Bathhouse at all times.

Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes! We have free parking in front of our building and along the side street.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes—online or in person. They’re great for birthdays, holidays, or “just because.”
