With many years of experience practicing massage including deep tissue, ashiatsu and reiki, Stephanie brings loads of experience to her massages. You can expect your sessions to be deep, therapeutic and  if you are open to it, Stephanie will include energy work. She is also a gifted coach, specializing in helping people move through obstacles to create the life of their dreams. She is available for massage and life coaching bookings, and she also hosts several of our groups.

Krista graduated from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School and has been skillfully practicing massage for two years. Giving massage has been a personal journey for them. This journey has inspired a gratitude that in turn sparked a desire to share their knowlege of healing with others. Krista’s massage is slow, steady and rhythmic. Their favorite method of massage is called the “Lauterstein- Conway Method” which emcompasses deep and focused myofacial work. Outside of offering intentional healing massage Krista is a skilled musician who enjoys spending time with their family and friends and chilling with their cat “Iris”.

What would we do without Tiger? She keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes at Ceremony taking care of payroll, schedules, tech work and all sorts of odds and ends. She is also a steady rock and calming presence. You will find her working the front desk and answering phones, willing and able to help with all your questions and needs. In her free time, Lily makes art, music, delicious baked goods and works on her land in Bastrop county.

Clair comes to Ceremony with a decade of HR in the tech industry. After experiencing burnout and being involved in the widespread tech layoff, she realized the importance of pursuing her joys and following her passions. She has found immense appreciation in healing modalities within the health and wellness industries throughout the years and plans to dive deeper into a career helping others through connection and community. In her free time Clair enjoys moving her body, redesigning her home, and traveling as much as possible. 

Emilie Cicero is a versatile professional who excels in both marketing and administrative roles. She brings creativity and strategic thinking to every campaign, ensuring that the company’s online presence is both engaging and effective. In addition to her marketing prowess, Emilie is a certified yoga teacher, bringing balance and mindfulness into her daily routine.

Currently studying botanical medicine, Emilie has a deep passion for whole body health and wellness. Her love for the outdoors is evident in her hobbies, which include rock climbing, paddle-boarding, yoga, and spending time in nature. Emilie’s diverse interests and skills make her a valuable asset to the team, contributing to a dynamic and holistic approach to business and well-being.

Molly was drawn to work at Ceremony due to the community vibe and her appreciation of bodywork and sauna culture. She has worked as a plant-based chef and project manager for food-related nonprofits, practicing yoga and reiki on the side. She’s working on a masters in Integrative Health and is beginning to work as a coach and consultant. She plays music in her free time and hopes to one day run her own little farm to table BnB (with massage and sauna!)

Asenath loves entrepreneurship, adventure, interior design, poetry and Buddhism.  When she is not working on Ceremony Social Spa,  Asenath enjoys creatively taking care of her son, her home and herself.
