We’ll See!
A friend recently told me this great Taoist story: There was an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years. One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. "Such bad luck," they said sympathetically. "We'll see," the farmer...

Setting Intention Throughout the Day
Hello Sweet Community. The cold weather is finally here. The dark comes early every day. The rain and drizzle have been near constant. It's a little harder to get out of bed in the morning. It takes a few extra layers and some waterproof boots to go outside and enjoy...
Humans of WorkWell: Letting Time Pass and Healing

Humans of WorkWell: What it is to be an artist
Understanding what it is to be an artist and re-committing to it again and again. Recognizing that there is always a path, and there is never a path. I’m creating it as I go, so it’s never been done before. But, of course, it’s all been done before. But, of course,...
Humans of WorkWell: Beyond Words
If a struggle is perceived, it’s being perceived by me, so it’s not mine. I don’t own my identity or anything that I do or the thoughts that I have. It’s not mine essentially. I feel like, if I’m speaking from a true place of talking about me, then it has no quality....
