Ceremony’s all-star staff of Licensed Massage Therapists are some of the best of the best. In addition to expertise in a variety of bodywork modalities, we prioritize warmth, creativity, and self-awareness in our hiring choices. Besides being healers, our staff are local artists and creatives. We provide a broad menu of the massage, energy and acupuncture modalities that we are most passionate about. Sauna and Cold Plunge
‘There is a beautiful oasis hiding behind our building right on south Lamar. Surrounded by the big city, but hidden and beautifully adorned with art, big healthy plants, tasteful lighting and a backyard vibe, you’ll find our state of the art cold-plunge, outdoor shower, gorgeous cedar sauna (gets up to 230 degrees), indoor shower and lounge. The sauna and cold plunge lounge is communal, and there may be up to 8 people in the space at a time. Its fun to do alone or with friends, paired with bodywork on on it’s own. We open early for your before-work cold plunges and we offer packages and memberships to make coming more often a bargain. Also, we are expanding! In November, we will be tripling the size of our sauna/cold plunge lounge. Keep checking back for updates.

Best massage studio in Austin!! With its old school Austin/hippy vibes, I felt relaxed the minute I stepped inside this cute little house on South Lamar. The ambiance is unbeatable – with the incense, essential oils, tea station and artwork featured by local artists changes monthly. The receptionist Shay was warm, friendly, and has the same peaceful demeanor I’ve come to realize is a common trait for all the staff at WorkWell (Ceremony). I’ve been getting massages for the past 10 years and this is my by far my FAVORITE place!
I have worked with a number of different therapists and they were all excellent. The administrative staff is kind and patient and helpful. Their membership program is a good deal and they are transparent about how it works. No surprise fees or cancelation loopholes. Highly recommend WorkWell Austin (Ceremony).
